Giveaway!!!!

This is to encourage all you lurkers and skulkers out there to make a comment - you know who you are!!!

Just for fun I'm giving away a brand new copy of James Martin's 'James Every Day'. I really like this book and was so tempted to keep it but I really don't need another cookbook. I have made a mental note of some of the recipes however. There's some real nice stuff in there. How about 'Roast Celeriac with Vanilla and Garlic' or 'Caramelised Beetroot' or 'Chorizo, Butter Bean and Truffle Oil Soup' ?It's a whole collection of meat, chicken, fish, salads and desserts.
I'm leaving it open until Saturday afternoon to give those who check in here weekly a chance to enter. All you have to do is leave a comment on my blog telling me what's your favourtie recipe I've posted so far (you don't have to have made it).

All entries before 5pm (GMT) on Saturday evening. The winner will be randomly selected (using a random number generator) and I'll announce the winner on the blog on Saturday night.

  1. I had to go back through all the recipes just to remind myself. This is difficult whenever there are so many things I haven't tried. That said I would probably say the Banana Tea Bread because it is delicious. The broccoli slaw is really good as well. I wish I could have some Hokey Pokey ice cream but at least I can enjoy the honeycomb.
    Told you this was difficult!

  2. Oh you have tempted me into posting a comment!! Probably about time, I have been keeping an eye on your blog for the next recipe I'll be capable of trying!
I made the broccoli slaw last night for a tasty side dish in my usually boring school lunchbox! Plan to try the banana tea bread next - I love banana bread and make a really simple loaf when I have some overirpe bananas - your recipe looks much more interesting though so I'll have to hide some bananas so they don't get eaten before they're ready for this recipe!
I haven't tried the blueberry and white chocolate cheesecakes as yet but the next time I have friends for dinner this will definitely be dessert!
    Jo (from school) :)

  4. Banana tea bread was loved by all but the favourite has got to be the Hokey Pokey Honeycomb.
Only problem is it's not good for the waistline.
How did you know I like James Martin?
